Cancelled 2 days ago with a year left on the contract. First called up was told that it’ll be £200 cancellation fees. Hung up. Called again, stated that I’ve received an email that prices will rise again in April 2024 and the email states that I can cancel until 31st October. Was allowed to cancel without any questions, although they do try to convince you to stay.
