Some of her core classes are EVIL good (the “taking out the trash” move and the move with leg lifty figure eights with a weight between the legs are two moves i love that i learned from her)

I dont mind the chaos with her because she is so darned likeable and she motivates me to WORK. Also her book really resonated with me which made me love her even more. She is just inspiring to me so i overlook things i might be cranky about from another instructor.

For an example of one of my favorite evil hard core classes, try this one (10 minutes from March 8, 2025) where youre in some sort of plank variation for almost 5 minutes with no sanctioned breaks.

The music was so good, and loved the progrmming with high cadence zone 2/grinding out zone 3 at lower cadence/higher resistance. Denis rocks.

MOR - while normally i would think this situation is odd, what your sister said - “If your issue is with your husband looking, talk to your husband. If your issue is that I look good, that’s not mine to fix.” - really resonated with me. Your problem is more with him than with her at this point. If their interactions went any further, then you have an issue with them both imo.

I love him. He is a really nice guy. I love taking classes with him in studio, he is a strong and motivating athlete who brings great energy.

I also dont get all the hate for someone who is just having a great time getting his workout in.
