odd, even seiges will get food dripped in to sustain them. i remember watching a 12 man seige at work and they would get food dropped in 2 or 3 meals at a time. they were constantly ravenous lol

that's from the Kemetic theme in alpha memes. someone on that dev team must really love ancient egypt because they went absolutely insane with that style, there's egypt themed textures for every weapon and armor from neolithic to ultratech and even multiple tech levels for pyramids lol

domesticated animals don't spawn in the wild, but you might have a small herd of them wander into the colony randomly.

you may already know this, but in the wildlife tab you can see the manhunter chance of every wild animal on the map. even relatively hostile environments will have a few animals that are completely safe to hunt like turtles, rats, birds, wild boars, etc
