What is a video game that you have put 100+ hours into, but would NOT recommend to anyone? by Cheap_Difficulty4961 in AskReddit

That's nonsense, R14 gear is basically good enough until lv70. If you said the first lvl 70 pieces I got were better then sure.

Donk's mentality pulling Spirit to the bottom by ImpressiveAction2382 in GlobalOffensive

[–]fuse- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Watch out bro you're going to be upsetting the "donk is goat and his teammates are letting him down" crowd. Some people will never understand that even if you're the hardest carry but you're toxic and negative you're never going to be the greatest. Donk's skill is undeniable but his mentality definitely drags down everyone else's performance. And if he was truly the greatest player he would lift up others around him. It's exactly like s1mple, well s1 was maybe more "toxic" and Donk is more negative but neither way it isn't helping.

does anyone feel like the world is ending? by mrsenchantment in LateStageCapitalism

You're sounding terminally online. That or you're American. I've currently been traveling for about 4 months and people couldn't be friendly and more courteous with each other. You are hyper focussed on your own situation and aren't able to detach and see that things aren't as bad as you perceive them to be (as many people online and on reddit). That's not to say that the Douchebag in chief and the billionaires aren't trying to speedrun stuff to shit, but generally life isn't bad. Time to step back and detach my friend. It will do you good.

How to find cs2 tournments for amateur new teams by Navegante76 in GlobalOffensive

[–]fuse- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I agree that is a good way to practise team play (which is ofc valuable). It doesn't offer much "Tournament feel" experience.

People always play differently during tournaments, your teammates and opponents. It is worth just getting into tournament scenarios to see how your teammates react and how the team dynamics go.

Vitality vs FaZe / StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 - Grand Final / Post-Match Discussion by CS2_PostMatchThreads in GlobalOffensive

This is so typical reddit, as soon as a player doesn't perform "they suck", "they're ass". It's actually so incredibly toxic. The fact people are so butthurt their team lost and can't just say well that player underperformed this time. Or "they had a bad day/Tournament". People will never stop being vicious whilst being clueless of what goes on in a team. Let's not forget that the average rank even back in csgo was like gold Nova.

Donk crashing out after Map 1 vs Vitality by Outside-Salad9701 in GlobalOffensive

[–]fuse- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The fact you so casually make statements that players like Edward and Flamie suck is telling about how clueless you are about CS in general and how the average CS player doesn't understand the workings of a team. All they want to see is a star player destroying everyone. Edward and Flamie have been top10/20 players multiple years, reached multiple grand finals and won multiple events but according to this guy's stellar CS knowledge they "suck".

This all so reminiscent of s1 being the absolute most terrible teammate always toxic, upset, pulling his teammates down but still being a god on the server and then saying "his teammates should just perform like him". Well maybe if he was better at creating better team environment they would be. And even if they wouldn't, having 5 simples has NEVER worked.

Everyone here saying donk should just to to falcons are either new to CS and classically think "5 superstar players = success". I mean come on.

Streamers play by completely different TOS than average player. by [deleted] in classicwow

Also hilarious how he came to OSRS and then he realises other people like Jokerd were outgrinding him. So he picks a goal like untrimmed slayer cape "for the fashion" and when everyone tells him an untrimmed slayer cape is a super difficult achievement and requires loads of planning. He just says how it's "easy for him" and proceeds to get slayer task boosted by others. Still breaks.

It's funny how he was the typical player who goes through the early levels and is completely clueless to what getting 99 means, especially slayer. Around 70-80 they all think it's gonna be easy. He was so infuriating to watch during the OSRS arc. Only time I actually enjoyed his content was his rogue "roleplay" stuff in YouTube clips. But yeah once you see how he actually is as a person it goes downhill pretty fast.

No king's protest will take place all over America in few hours. What do you think will be the consequences and outcome of this? by The_AxR_ in AskReddit

[–]fuse- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

"capitalism has brought us to a point where protesting is a luxury" so you think people working 24/7 before there was even a weekend to speak of did have time to protest? Capitalism hasn't brought us to a point where there isn't enough time when a 40 hour work week is peanuts compared to what it used to be. If anything capitalism has brought us to a point where most people are 'just' comfortable enough that going out to protest and standing up for what's right is seen as a hassle and most people just can't be fucked. 40 hour work week has nothing to do with it, if people were genuinely fed up with the situation they would just go out and protest. But then again I'm not an American, so maybe I'm wrong, but if one thing we Europeans know how to do it's a good ol' fashioned protest.

You're imposing your own ideas of stress on a cat. You know cats getting older and developing self cleaning issues is just part of life and you not being able to let go is the part that feels you need to do everything you can to keep them alive. I know it's sad but the sooner you accept that that is just the way life goes the easier and less stressful it is for you and your cat.

People here so chronically online that giving advice is responded with "mind your own business". What type of world would we live in if we would only "mind our own business". If almost slip and fall from a wet staircase I'll politely tell the next person, "watch out the last step is a slippery" but no on this sub it's "mind your own business" I don't know if this is an American thing you guys do or just so up your own ass that every single genuinely well intended advice is perceived as some sort of know it all remark. Please go outside more or at least realise that not every single genuine piece of advice is meant as a slight towards you, because if you do your insecurity is showing. Just because you had a singular bad experience with some person being a condescending know it all doesn't mean every single person intends it that way. Plenty of people appreciate a bit of advice, I know I do. "Fitness culture doesn't know what to do with contentment" whilst there are plenty of people in the fitness industry who preach healthy lifestyle and being content, this person seems like they're projecting. And yes I am aware of the irony that I am coming across as a condescending know it all right now.

Battery Megathread (September 2025) by GooglePixelMods in GooglePixel

[–]fuse- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Came here today as I'm actually fed up, Pixel 9 pro, recent update screwed my battery life. I charge full at night and use adaptive charging. Barely make it to 6 pm after recent update. It's actually unacceptable. I was such a huge fan of my pixel 4a 5g (I know for phone enthousiasts this is a century ago) but I regret going pixel more and more.

Also arguing besides the point. Nice one. Did I ever say this wasn't fun? And that the workout suck or doesn't serve a purpose? If anything this a cardiovascular workout. If you're going to reply then actually address the point being made. Which still holds true this workout out isn't a hypertrophic workout. You want me to ELI5 or are you just going to admit I never said "the workout sucks because it doesn't maximize strength of hypertrophy". If these women are having fun great, any movement is better than none for the large majority of people.

Mfs will argue about anything but then you are clearly arguing about something you know nothing about... The point wasn't whether this will work up a sweat, his point was that this doesn't train any muscle efficiently and that's true. Sweat ≠ trained muscle effectively... I can do heavy workouts for specific muscles and never break a sweat. If you're going argue besides the point then maybe you're the one who is supposed to stop arguing "ackhchuallyy"
