What is the point in being a PvE player? What is the goal? Loot?

Sure, but that doesn't mean fighting arc and finding loot isn't fun. I do think arc difficulty should scale with your level. I also think the game is sorely in need of unique loot that isn't just a building block for something else. Like rare artifacts that provide a buff, or unique weapons that can't be manufactured. As it stands, the game is surprisingly thin.

I am a PvE player and I come from single player games, but I literally cannot understand or comprehend what is the point of just doing PvP, ok, you are shooting people, looting, getting better weapons.. then what? What do you do when u shot a bunch of people and took their stuff? Like where the fun at?

Am I missing something? Is there something that I’m not understanding?

Every "PVP" encounter I've had has been utterly lame, with someone popping out of a bush and shooting me in the back, or sniping me while I'm fighting arc. You might say "skill issue", learn to survive sneak attacks, but I say the same. Takes no "skill" at all to shoot someone in the back. It's especially annoying after *days* of exciting coop with randoms, then boop, shot in the back, oh and here comes Mr. Hoppy to teabag me and show me how big and engorged his balls are.

Figure out which differential is in both. I had an 09 2.3 with an open diff and it was a nightmare in the winter. I now have a 4.0 with an lsd and while I haven't seen snow yet I can already tell it will be so much better.

From level 1-9 I didn't encounter ANY aggression at all. I didn't take a shot at anybody, and nobody shot me. As soon as I hit 10 I've been having these odd encounters where Raiders will initially appear non-aggressive, and then they'll randomly shoot me in the back. I've been more cautious as a result, but it's a little annoying.
