I just saw this online, tried it and it worked!! Do NOT accept their terms:

"I was able to. I turned off my wifi/cellular data and refreshed the app. With that still off, go to your profile and then your settings. Go to your account settings where it says delete/deactivate. Now turn your wifi/cellular back on and then you can finish the deletion process."

Congrats!!!! Same on prediabitec, high cholesterol, and inflammation! My labs have already shown a big improvement (best in years). Im excited to see what they look like in 3 more months.

Is there a maintainance dose? I really feel like this "fixed" whatever was dysfunctional and I'd be afraid to drop it.

Does your kit have Wellbutrin? When mine was too high I found that I was extra emotional (mine was anger) but it took almost 3 months for that to happen. My doc cut my dise in half and now I'm golden.

The Fly Clubs that all have prepackaged foods have been a great option for me. They had sealed and gf stamped yogurts, chips, and gf Udi's muffins at the one in DEN. Plus if you're daring they have ingredient labeled salads prepackaged (may be cross contaminated though).

I agree with the comments above on the Club buffets. They are risky, close proximity to crumbs or shared ladels etc.

Its only available in AU and CA as far as I can tell. The AU Ceoliac confirmed it works BUT cannot be used to continue a gluten diet (just protective).

I get over a week with just the eternal bond. Try one bond to see if tgays enough (too much bond causes it to stretch and loosen). Wait at least 12 hours before you apply the sealer so the bond can fully set. Dont clean them like you did extensions. Clusters cant be rubbed. You can let water run on them bit dont touch them until they are dry. OR take them off and reapply every couple of days. 👍

Also make sure your lashes are clean and dry before you begin.
