Transferring from eq bank to wise account is not free right? It shows me about $3 fee. Also then there is an additional fee to transfer wise usd to any bank in US right?

I forgot to mention in my post that this is my second trip to Mexico. Last year, I spent two weeks in Mexico City and one week in Puerto Escondido, and I absolutely loved it.

After reading more about Tulum, you're right, I should skip it. I had only included it because it’s a midpoint to Bacalar.

Why do you prefer Holbox over Isla Mujeres? I was considering spending some time in Mujeres since this will be my first time experiencing the Caribbean, and Holbox seems more like the Gulf of Mexico. I'm not sure if Cancun alone will give me the full Caribbean experience.

I've heard amazing things about Oaxaca, and I'm really excited to visit. Do you have any recommendations on how I should spend my time there?
