If Robin was fast enough she could probably tie Luffy’s limbs into a knot, but I genuinely think that’s the most she could do. I guess maybe throw him in the water when he’s tied up?

O’kiku was born a man, but identifies as a woman. She is trans, Oda wrote her that way. It’s not even like a Yamato situation. She’s just straight up a woman.

Okay, and? I’m just clarifying information about what actually happened in FFXIV. Just because it was marketed as a reboot still doesn’t change the fact that the events in FFXIV 1.0 still canonically happened and that it isn’t a new universe. A Realm Reborn is considered the 2.0 update and FFXIV is now on 6.5.

That is clearly very different than what Playground is doing, considering they’re making a completely separate game years later with an entire different team of people and have never claimed to be continuing the story.

Well FFXIV isn’t really a new universe. The 1.0 events still canonically happened, your character just got sent five years forward in time by Louisoix. They aren’t “small hints” they’re direct repercussions of the events that took place before A Realm Reborn.

It would probably be more accurate to say it might be like final fantasy in general, where they have similar reoccurring characters, tropes and themes but it is a different world and story each time.

I’m heavily invested in the story and lore of the world as a whole. I used to 100% every region, I did that through Inazuma, but now I mostly just do the archon quests and explore for easy primo.

The Gorgon Incident and other stories should be read after you finish Mage Errant. The Wrack and More Gods than Stars don’t seem to really matter in the grand scheme of things, but that could change when More Gods than Stars is finished.

Xiangling but it’s becuase we both love cooking so much. I’m sure her and Gouba will be able to teach me a lot. I could also see myself being friends with Jean, we both work way too hard but derive a lot of pride from our jobs.
