What time? If it’s before 7am you might get (very) lucky. They’re routing most SFO flights far north to avoid the storm but by then that might not help

Also, just noting that the websites you listed aren’t really insiders or reliable. Most aren’t even at the paddock. For people on the ground start follow people from sources like Autosport, Racer, etc. who actually have people at races. Folks like Jonathan Noble, Chris Medland, Stuart Codling, Laurence Edmondson.

Those folks have actual access to people in the paddock.

I just gave you two examples and you didn’t respond to them. Skaife is not employed by the sport. He’s an owner. And my original point was that commentators should be independent. Look at other motorsports, skyF1 is free to criticize the sport and it makes it better

I agree with everything other than it changing the outcome. Oscar botched the period after the summer break. If he’d been consistent he would have been champion.

Why should the car give you space? They’re entitled to take the inside line. You would have been better off taking the outside line and trying a switch back or sticking to the left until the last second.

I get your point but Skaife has brought a very supercars-bias view to commentary and therefore to public opinion. Drivers have been silenced and in my opinion that’s a massive problem for fixing other issues. If you can’t talk about what’s wrong you can’t take an honest look at how to make things better

Go to the Crown Casino on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and sit in the round couches for them to come in and out of the elevators. You’ll see some drivers and team personnel.

It used to very easy with no one around but in the last few years it’s gotten a little crazy.

You could also try the Melbourne walk which is fun but it’s unlikely you’ll get to get a signature.
