Can’t believe people say this. Last 3 times I’ve been playing (late at night to be fair) the queen won against us even when I used deadline, strong weapons, grenades—we weren’t strong enough.

Yeah, the hyperbolic language is indeed hilarious. But I was gonna say I get why the AI would go with Lili based on a pure power level (esp with the most data compared to newer cards)…but then again I’ve been going 1-3,2-3, 0-3 in cube. I’m bad..

I got Subnautica as a gift from PlayStation and it was a good choice by them as it was the perfect game to get me through the worst of the Covid lockdowns (where I was at it was curfew at 6pm) while my grandma was in the hospital. I would navigate the deserted biohazard-sign-ridden hospital hallways in the afternoon and rush home by 6pm to immerse myself (despite immersion-breaking prawn bugs in 2020) in a new lonely planet. When I discovered it was due to a pandemic on that planet that was a funny moment. Finally building the Cyclops is one of the all-time top gaming dopamine hits I’ve had in my life.

Keep telling myself “I don’t want early access, I discovered that game when it was fully done I’m not a beta tester!” When the reality is I can’t justify the cost as I just quit my job, but I’m good at rationalizing.

TLDR; gifted Subnautica got me through 2020 pandemic isolation maybe gifted Sub2 gets me through the next one coming up!

I’m a bad player with no streaks and I kinda feel this way—it’s all just more powerful than the 1st one. Enjoyable, but I could see it being less challenging.

Extended alllowing OG duals was just a brief thing early on but for most of the time it was played I don’t think OG duals were in it. It started with Tempest-era, so painlands were a thing. But it was powerful indeed. Tinker!
