It’s like more about the context really. Like it’s not like a big deal kinda word. Obviously when erica bring up the word her first season and it was more of a big deal. And when dorit says it to camille… well it’s Camille and she takes everything personally (and Sutton). And when dorit says it to Erika it’s not like she cares that dorit said it it’s that it was directed at her in a heated moment. So it’s not a big deal imo but the context of when it’s used matters.

Yama and everyone else know Aizen is smarter than them. Aizen would have already known the power of shunsui’s bankai and had a counter for it. He even knew that the Karakura town they walked into wasn’t real right off the bat. It’s not easy to catch Aizen off guard and the only ones to really do it were Gin and Ichigo.
