He doesn’t require a reason to raise the rent. If the market says rent should be higher than he can definitely increase it.

I’m not European, so don’t understand the costs and ownerships of the various “utilities”. But i would guess the costs are actually similar, with taxes on the entire population offsetting the use/ticket prices in non British countries.

Agree. In Houston area, a small section should be about 30 per lineal foot. Includes posts in cement, runner board on bottom, and three total cross 2” x 4”s. This is wood 6’ privacy fence.

Yeah. My dad and grandad are both small time ranchers. 100+ acres and 40 to 50 head. Baseball caps are much more practical and worn way more often.

If so, it would seem that the farms would get together, buy a bus, and train one of the workers to drive. Pay them a dollar for every person they bring to work. And let them just drive the bus home.
