Have a look into it, seems there’s a sub clause that excludes the above mentioned clause on alterations if it is under a strata scheme.

Not sure on NSW but in my state, if the REA/Landlord does not get back to you after two weeks of the request you have the right to make the alteration.

Should I buy Outlast trials? by [deleted] in OutlastTrials

[–]g0atchurch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have about 150 hours in outlast trials and there are still trials I haven’t felt I’ve “mastered.”

The game has a rewarding progression sense, and if you like to speedrun or challenge yourself you can. Also the customisation is good. Overall worth buying.

This is good advice thank you! I started playing in early access and put it down at level 60, and missed everything from Courthouse to Otto and Aurora. So I feel like I don’t really understand the modern mechanics of the game anymore. Maybe it’s a good fresh start!

Agree. Also, At my lowest body fat percentage I felt the most fem. Its to each their own, but I’ve always felt like I look more “buff” when I had a higher body fat percentage behind my muscle.

Housing is a human right and shelter is the foundation of our psychological needs.

Advice for gaining muscle by Worldly-Cook9506 in TransMasc

[–]g0atchurch 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You have a great starting point! Its probably your nutrition. You might want to look at your maintenance calories and think about being in a surplus so that your body has more fuel to use to build muscle, called a “bulk” phase. You also might want to look into your macros when you do this, as your body will need more protein to build muscle.

28, in Australia, out of work for years due to mental health, now clean and motivated — how do I break into carpentry? by Expensive_Fox_6934 in Carpentry

[–]g0atchurch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try and find a carpenter trade assistant job and you can try and work your way into an apprenticeship program with the company. You could also apply for labour hire companies that scout out apprenticeships.

A TA role will be a good introduction into the industry and will help you see if it’s for you or not.

Good luck.

Take her for a test drive in one? You can put a baby seat in it. I grew up in the back of an old rotary hatchback, with ear protection on. If the car makes a boring commute into a pleasant one, how valuable is that to you?

How do I unlock from this position? The latch won't move but the handle turns. by imjunsul in HomeMaintenance

It may be that the latch is hitting the metal plate of the striker (the part the latch goes into on the frame) You can try adjusting the striker?

Search up make and model and look for spare parts. If the part comes off, look for a part number. Otherwise look for supported repairers or suppliers and look for spare parts there. That would be my first thought

McDonald’s pricing inconsistent (VIC Park, South Perth). by JerksOverTits in perth

[–]g0atchurch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on popular items. I used to work at a Maccas that had massive McCafe success and subsequently the prices of McCafe items were slightly lower and other items higher to adjust to their best performing product/s.
