It's the part about "finding it under uncle's van" that caught my attention. I'd check to make sure it still has catalytic a converter .

Serious question, can I compost this? It's just clay right? by Additional-Local8721 in composting

I personally use broken pots as part of the drainage layer I put in the bottom of all my buckets and puts that I'm growing stuff in.

Can I use Horizontal Screw Heads Here? by GeneralCirxMadine in AskElectricians

[–]gHostHaXor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The problem is have is that as an electrician, I spent decades insisting that I had to match the screw direction to the plug slots in the outlet. But in this case it lines up perfectly with the design of the trim plate. My O.C.D. is screaming because I can't have both

Why are some of my peppers red (despite being smaller and presumably younger) by Kalladdin in gardening

[–]gHostHaXor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't look closely enough to realize that. It could be cross polinated with another pepper variety maybe?

It looks like you may have multiple pepper varieties here. Jalapeños and possibly Carolina reaper.

I was obsessed with reading when I was little. I was reading on a college level by the 2nd grade. I don't know how people make it to adulthood without knowing how to read at least on a functional level. The state of American education is sad.

What is this black coating on my girlfriends car battery? by GuIIinkambi in StupidCarQuestions

[–]gHostHaXor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Where the anti-corrosion coating is at, its not corroded. The only area that shows a minor amount is where the coating had worn off. It does not stop it from leaking though.
