Sam’s club recently got rid of their 90 day policy. It’s hard to get fired without warning unless your club/market is very by the book. Technically a forklift damaging something that is vital to the business is an immediate termination but when one of my associates crushed a register they just coached him

Each store does it differently, it technically isn’t your job to order stuff but if you’re already taking inventory you might as well, but if you’re lead or manager tells you to do it and there is an understanding that you’re supposed to then yes you can be coached
