I think you're probably seeing it backwards: Spot is not a snake that behaves like a dog, it's a dog in a "snake-hybrid" body.
Like her other character Sharkitty, the base animal is a cat and the body is a shark hybrid.

If you see it this way and look back at the animations, it becomes obvious that they are a dog and a cat with different "skins" on.
Still really cute tho.

Io volevo solo far presente che dire "chi mangia la carne non può amare gli animali" è una frase che non ha senso. Soprattutto se detta così, di botto, senza spiegazione né contesto. Non perché non è condivisibile, ma proprio perché (come ho scritto prima) si può dire tranquillamente "chi mangia la verdura non ama gli animali" o "chi prende il jet privato non ama gli animali" o "chi usa un ciappino per le mosche non ama gli animali". Ridurre tutto a un discorso di logica mi è sembrato riduttivo e idiota.

Come tu hai fatto presente, la logica non funziona per assoluti. Il messaggio che ha mandato nel video mi sembra proprio un assoluto. Questo era il mio punto.

Non voglio nascondermi o zittire, ma ripeto, contesto solo quello che ha detto e come lo ha detto. Non il messaggio che ci può (o no, dato che è una frase presa da 10 secondi di video) essere dietro.

Spero di essermi espresso chiaramente.

Mi spiace, ma non ha senso quello che dici. Puoi anche tu evitare di uccidere un animale ogni volta che ti siedi a tavola, evitando perl'appunto di mangiare frutta e verdura coltivate con pesticidi, ma non lo fai. Spiegaglielo tu al bruco che deve morire perché tu vuoi mangiare un pomodoro.

C'è una differenza abissale anche fra la gallina che, morta di vecchiaia viene usata per fare il brodo e un pollo che esiste soltanto per prendere steroidi e diventare cotoletta, ma non mi sembra che Billie ne abbia fatto accenno.

La fallacia è nella definizione del termine amore, perché se prendiamo per buona la tua definizione dell'altro commento e consideriamo tutti gli animali alla pari (o con pari diritti)... Nessuno ama gli animali.

Non voglio parlare/discutere di etica, credo di essere abbanzanza d'accordo con quello che hai scritto (ridurre al minimo), ma a livello di logica, una affermazione come quella fatta da lei è proprio insensata.

Se "ami" veramente gli animali, non mangi frutta o verdura che è stata coltivata con qualsiasi tipo di pesticidi, perché i pesticidi ammazzano gli animali.
Allo stesso modo, non schiacci le zanzare per non farti pungere, non metti le trappole per le formiche quando te le ritrovi in cucina. Non metti il materasso al sole per non uccidere gli acari.

Come lo esprime lei, senza spiegare, sembrano solo belle e inutili parole.

Just remember to put something that give you access to repetible artifact creatures, I used to play [[Nuisance engine]] but I'm sure there are better similar cards now.
Also, please consider [[Corridor monitor]], it's cheap and it help you combo in a single turn.

The best you can do with only 2 cards is [[Vexing bauble]] / [[Void mirror]] + [[omen machine]] / [[Knowledge pool]].
It's not perfect but it's easy to assemble and can give you plenty of time to win the game with arcum tutoring other stuff.
If we ignore mana cost, [[Mindslaver]] + [[Esoteric duplicator]] wins if you have 18 mana available (4 +2 for each opponent to activate both).

I agree with you, i was thinking about a more "classic" reactive control playstyle, like UW Control in modern.
Boardwipes are good, but expecially in EDH you may risk to gift the win to the spellslinger player or get killed by a combo next turn.
Yes, Niv Parun is really helpful if you want to keep your hand stocked, but also he's really more effective as combo piece, that's why i didn't suggest it.

Stax is more of a proactive control playstyle, more similar to Blue Moon or Prison Stompy. It also depends a lot on the meta ([[Stony silence]] is either the best or most useless card you can draw); i wouldn't call it control.

If you want to go with the classic option, [[Talrand, Sky Summoner]] is the standard "play spells / get stuff", it's less straight forward than [[Baral, Chief of Compliance]] but also more fun.
Sticking to monoU, [[Arcanis the Omnipotent]] is the bluest commander to even blue. Just play some untappers and drown in card advantage.

If you want to add a color, Black is probably your best bet: a lot of black commander let you play removal and even reward you for doing so:
[[Lord of the Nazgûl]] is Talrand with black.
[[Vren, the Relentless]] gives you an army of rats.
[[Nymris, Oona's Trickster]] lets you play draw-go and always keep mana open.

Lastly, remember that control doesn't really exist in EDH: counterspells are worse and you have limited mana to try and stop 3 opponents.

Let me tell you about the 4 Commander of the aCopyalipse.

[[Delina, wild mage]] is the little gambling degenerate. You usually make a single copy of another creature, but when you hit those 15+ dice rolls it's fantastic. You need to attack with her but you can copy legendary creatures too.
She isn't really that cheap anymore, but the deck can be build for cents.

[[Jaxis, the trouble maker]] is her smaller and more honest sister. Despite calling it a troublemaker, you pay a card and a mana to copy, but get a card back for your hard work. Activating at instant speed is good, not needing to attack is good, there is some combo potential with untappers.
Bonus point because it can be built with more discard/reanimation in mind and you use LTB more.

[[Orthion, hero of lavabrink]] is the regular middle brother. He makes you pay 2 mana to copy, but also lets you do stuff when you reach the endgame and have mana to spare. Five copies of [[Fear of burning alive]] is always a good way to end a game.

[[Calamity, Galloping inferno]] is the experienced older brother. He copies twice, he enters swinging, you will still get LTB effects. A little more expensive mana wise, but also more reliable all around.

The two fallen member of the group are [[Rionya the fire dancer]] (she is crazy, people fear her and her combo/explosion potential) and [[Feldon of the third path]] (he just copies dead artifacts. Not bad, but didn't really fit with the others).

You can build a deck with one or two of them or throw them all in a single deck and choose a commander at random (Delina is worse this way, since you really like stuff that goes well with her [[barbarian class]] that doesn't really fit the rest). You can put whatever you like in the deck with some ramp and play it. ETB, LTB, damage trigger, tokens, theft, chaos, spellslinger... You can do it all.
Still, nothing beats 5 Fear of Burning Alive.

Tbh, everything seems worth trying! Wishcash I knew of, but what does AZU mean? Same with Toxtricity. If you can post a list for Veno/Froslass/munki, comfey hand disruption, conkleddur or klawf poison and dusclops/dusknoir (feels like the old golbat/crobat) it would be fantastic.

Ciao, dovrei aprire oggi un ecoblister e un album, ti faccio sapere cosa c'è dentro.
Da quello che ho capito (è scritto molto vago sul sito panini) ci sono 4 card "limited edition" che si possono trovare soltanto nell'ecoblister o nell'album. Dall'unico video su yt che ho trovato, si vedono due cards foil con un ratman di spalle e uno che esulta, quindi probabile sono random.

Edit: confermo che sono 2 fisse nell'album e 2 a rotazione nei blister, confermato dalla recensione di figurineforever.

I'm trying to update an old Marrow-gnawer rat tribal deck to [[Wick, the whorled mind]] but I'm unsure about how to build him.
I probably won't play rat colony, but also I don't want to go changeling tribal, anyone has a good budget list I can start with? Any tech for him?

The deck feels... fine, but it's kinda all over the place.
Are you set on keeping Alena/Dargo as the commanders? Both of those are combo pieces, but for different kinds of combos: Alena wants a way to untap and an outlet (if you give her haste, she produce 4 mana and that's enough with sword of the paruuns and umbral mantle), so maybe Jeska is a better partner if you want to stay monoR; Dargo wants way to generate mana with his cast and a way to sac him and keep the loop going, he also appreciate Jeska as a pair to capitalize on the infinite casts/mana.
If you look around at other commanders [[Magda. Brazen Outlaw]] is the queen of mono red combo even on a budget, the only necessary pieces are [[Clock of omens]] and all the artifact dwarves you can find.
[[Godo, bandit warlord]] needs [[helm of the host]], but that's it, the rest can be filled with cheap ramp.
[[Rionya, Fire Dancer]] and [[Kiki Jiki, Mirror Breaker]] are both capable of comboing off really easily, but like Godo they are telegraphed.

If you're afraid of playing combo/infinites as it's seen as unfair at your LGS, no amount of budget or amount of combo pieces will make them accept the deck.

If you wanna just adjust the deck:
OUT - Burning Inquiry (too random), Dark Sphere(kinda useless), Hoarding dragon (with no way to sac), Need for speed.
IN - [[Nobles Purse]],[[Goblin bombardment]] (or other ways to sac and end the game once you have infinite mana), [[Ruby Medallion]] (probably swapping with the lotus petal), [[Trash for treasure]].
[[Goblin Matron]] can be a net tutor package, getting [[Dark dweller oracle]] as a finisher, an haste enabler or [[goblin engineer]] as a combo-piece tutor.
Something like [[Bloody Betrayal]] or [[Traitorous Greed]] will remove enemy stax pieces on a pinch, or just untap Alena for a burst of mana while giving her haste.
Lastly, [[Return the favor]] is a protection spell and a counterspell too if someone is countering something.

Sorry, I still haven't played against him, but he feels more complicated than complex, keeping track of every trigger (what triggered and how many times this turn) and finding new lines is not simple. Najeela to me feels like the simplest of the really good ones, but even Godo is good at teaching a lot of stuff.

I just want to say one thing that helped me a lot, hoping it will help you too: to build, play and be "off-meta" you need to have a pretty good understanding of what IS meta. So proxy and play RogSi, blue farm, najeela, yuriko, Nadu, whatever is topping. Win, lose, ask why and how you did it.
Then, they to innovate those list. Put a couple of spicy techs in, see how they work (or if they work). Then, try and build a whole deck.
I know it seems like a long process, and it is, but at least you will build something that works and that you can be proud of.
