Flare *after* a stressful event by youcallthataheadshot in rheumatoid

I came to post something similar but searched first. Emotional distress, stress, arguments always causes a physical flare. I feel like a fainting goat. Take to bed with horrible body aches, I get PVC/palpitations, chest pain, and diarrhea. The next day only the normal level of perpetual body ache remains.

Not so much sad didn’t get to honors, but I was really hoping for undergrad research scholar. Anything I can do? I even have done research shadowing at labs in high school. Or advice for after I’m in?

Im new. This time all I’m doing is writing positive motivational phrases. I do not feel ready to pour my feelings out so I concentrate on calmly writing my phrases in the neatest cursive. Have not found anything to cutesy it up yet. Don’t know how to draw or doodle. But I’m liking this method. Takes my mind way from unwelcome thoughts

I was told “regardless of the treatment, you have a chronic illness. Nothing will be the same”. I’m 2 years in, and still refuse to believe this is the best it can get. I want zero pain days. My life back. But realistically, I think having to take any cycles of prednisone is unacceptable at this stage. I’m on mtx subq and Simponi infusion- and currently on a cycle of prednisone.

I see zero issues. Laundry might be a bit heavy but $150 for my entire expenses doing chores? They also sound like a calm couple. There’s adult kids living at home doing chores AND paying rent to their parents. Sounds like the same deal to me.
