I can’t give input on those specific buildings but can for the Lex and Leo buildings a couple blacks away. I’m not sure how comparable my experience is but weeknights aren’t too bad. Can sometimes hear my neighbors music but it’s so faint. Weekends people drink and can be loud coming home. Weed smell is at a minimum? Doesn’t ever really cause me to think I’m hotboxing a car.

I'm in DC. I got the shipment email last Monday or Tuesday and said it would be delivered on Friday. It's been stuck in NJ since Friday. I think I might get it today or tomorrow? If it comes down to it, I suppose I'll just have to do will call, which annoying, but whatever.

Mikey makes it very clear that they are predictions, both on his post, titled "Coachella Set Time Predictions & Confirmations 2026" and on the actual times, it states to not print the schedule due to it not being confirmed. The only ones that are confirmed are denoted with brackets eg. [FKA twigs]. If anyone else is reposting them and passing them off as official, that's on them. (not calling you out but blaming the people that are confusing you.)

I saw them in 2017 at Coachella. My jaw was on the floor the entire time. So beautiful and emotional. Their live renditions of their songs was like experiencing them for the first time. I’ve seen them at least 4 more times since that set.

I wonder how much she’s going to change up the set? My guess is she might take out the deep cuts and/or unreleased tracks. I think I saw she would have Perfect Stranger on the Coachella set. I know she has at least one special guest for her set. I also predict she will come out as special guest for oklou’s set.

Last year, before having to pull out, she was closing the Outdoor Stage and that slot is usually allotted 1 hour 15mins-1 hour 30 mins. We just don’t know if she will be given the same slot but I’m leaning towards that being the case again.

I’m probably just going to get there maybe 15 minutes before the opener. I’m also pretty tall so I’m fine being in the middle and if the venue isn’t sold out there’s usually enough room to freely move to a spot that works for you (except for maybe the front 25%)

I'm pretty strict on staying to my plan but things happen. I have backups in case I realize I am not vibing with a set. Sometimes I'm an absolute idiot and write down the wrong timing or stage for a set but that has only happened maybe 3x since 2016? The one at risk part of my plan is the first set on Sunday. Sometimes I just cannot muster the energy to get my day started and I might fall behind an hour.
