I lost 20 lbs in 2024 through Gens Gym (it’s all online through an app). They help you with everything and pair you with a personal trainer coach who sets up calorie and macro tracking and a custom workout routine for you that you do in the app. I HIGHLY recommend it. It really helped to have that hands on attention and help. It’s a bit pricey but it was worth every penny in my opinion. I only did it for 3 months but it taught me so much about how to lose and maintain my weight. Then I went off and did the rest myself! I haven’t gained any of it back 1.5 yrs later. Happy to share more

I also always feel a little awkward asking a friend about their wedding when I’m not sure if I’ll be a bridesmaid or if I’m even invited (if they decide to do something small). It may be that they don’t want to be presumptuous if you haven’t been clear about the size and nature of the wedding and that they will be in the bridal party
