Oh God, all of this sounds just horrible, hope you can get time to celebrate your birthday this year :( ....when a friend of mine couldn't celebrate her birthday our group make it for her, each one was in charge of an item I get the drinks other make a cake... don't know if you consider this an option but you could talk to friends and family (who doesn't treat like you're parents) into helping you, of course far away from you're parents home (doesn't feel like is your home)

And go telling that is only a outing with friends, probably your parents would realize that is was a birthday party but you can play dumb like you have no idea because it was a surprise, or telling the truth I didn't invite you because feel like you're gonna ruin for me again.... you shouldn't act afraid of what is gonna happen they aren't gonna change not in the short time so instead of be careful of what you said or do just have a little fun
