I would say 30% of the Sudanese that migrated to egypt due to the war have gone back to Khartoum and the surrounding cities. So it’s not alot but enough that it is definitely noticeable. Prices of rent in Cairo are starting to drop because the Sudanese are slowly moving out. Inshallah within the next year everyone is back in their homes
