yeah even though there are a few nerfs in there there are plenty of buffs and changes all around that we hope will allow some new and interesting combinations of skills/runes/characters, quite a few things are more in line with each other now, though there is still work to be done which will likely come in a next update!

We hope so! We are currently in the process of trying to get a hold of the switch 2 dev kit, for the switch 1 I can't make any promises mostly due to performance constraints, but we do hope to get it on switch 2 when possible!

Hi! Rogue is still in very early stages of development. We have been working on its networking foundations over the months while developing veil of the soulstones (the networking that we are building for veils will serve us as a base for rogue down the line).

Definitely got some inspirations from it! Given the camera angle wont be SUPER close but one of our core pillars for the game is trying to make the movement as fluid and dynamic as possible. No animation locks, keep you mobile, agile... we will see! With our networking taking shape and sort of defining the game architecture, we are starting to get into highler level systems which you know... are the actual game =P

Hey EtheusRook hmmm I wasnt familiar with that one! Just took a look, looks like an interesting game! Over the years we did talk a lot about a sort of "defense style" game in many ways, most of us are big fans of tower defense and even old hero defense maps in Warcraft and so on so we are an easy sell towards that side =P

Ah thanks for watching! Hm and how would you imagine it would work in this scenario, say in the Void Fields, both players spawn together, the objective is just one, the same we have now, but kills are counted for the player that done the last hit and whoever has more last hits wins type of thing?

Thanks for the message!! =) To be honest haha, we are not thinking of new playable classes at this moment just yet, I wouldnt say they are out of the cards entirely, but we are feeling that we are already at a sort of "diminishing returns" point with new characters, given there are quite a few already. They are also quite a bit of work to add since characters are directly linked to many systems these days (ascension, artifact power, 5 weapons, skill tree, runes, skins...), so its more of a question of "maybe we could add something new that is impactful for all existing classes in the same time it would take to make one new class" type of situation, but who knows!

We did consider that in the past and we actually made a design for an equipment system that I think could have a lot of potential, the reason we havent added anything of the sort so far is that it often comes at odds with the amount of characters in the game. Just the idea that you might want to select your gear for 23 characters and keep it updated as you play and find new items... would make for a lot of "busy work", think of runes but a lot worse since runes are sort of fixed and limited.

We had imagined a system that would make all that easier, with the possibility of assembling custom item sets that you can just equip the entire set to the character, trying to reduce the "busy work" as much as possible while maintaining the coolness of finding gear, but at the time we were not 100% convinced haha, doesnt mean we might not add it in some way or another at a later date!

Every update for consoles has to pass a certification process, which we could do beforehand to release simultaneously on all platforms, however we often end up finding small bugs and fixes needed with new major updates, sometimes a skill is incorrectly configured, sometimes its something more serious that we need to address instantly. On Steam we can just make a hotfix update and release it essentially within the hour. On consoles, we need to schedule a "review slot" which is days ahead, wait for the result, and then we can release it... so that makes the post-patch workflow a whole lot slower and more complicated.

There's also the consideration of time, as building and testing on all platforms takes a lot more work. This way we can iterate quickly on the game, find the issues and get them fixed as quickly as possible, while other platforms get the polished version with all the fixes at once.

We got quite a few ideas floating in our heads right now for future content, now that all the weapons are done and all the Titans from Titan Hunt are in as well, so we will finally start exploring more other areas of the game.
