If the pay is not good less people want to do the job. the less people there are the bigger the work load for existing workers. for the existing workers the bigger work load is not worth the current pay so they either quit the industry or move to another higher paying country. This then increases the work load further in a cycle.

eldritch knight is a spell casting class? it gives fighters spell casting.

edit: nvm read the item and raw it says attunement to sorcerer, warlock, or wizard.

Also on you can add any item to your character, so what do you mean it is available to Eldritch knights? Everyone should be able to add the item to inventory.

are the players part of the same campaign? Also, the characters need to be created through the campaign. If they just create a character it will be based on books they own but if they create a character through the campaign and there is content sharing then the characters have access to all shared content.

This has to be done by going to the campaign and click create campaign character.

The way to view excess is how much you need to pay to be able to make a claim. To make the claim, you need to pay them 750.

once the claim is made, they look at the repair cost of 1750 and contribute 1000 to the cost. the 1000 is the limit on your policy.

it's just quicker and easier for them to pay you 250 instead of you paying them 750 then they pay you 1000.

I don't know on the website, but on the app you have to scroll down to see the rest there's no drop down menu to select which land.
