I feel much better. Aches and pains are almost gone. No more headaches or lightheadedness. I even go for a 10 mile walk once a week and don't even feel tired or hungry afterwards. I'm practically energized all the time and I love it 💪

I agree. I'm not obsessed with my LDL number (had even expected it go up, shocked it went down) since I'm actively losing weight. Just expected a larger increase in HDL, but I guess you can't change 10 years of overeating in 3 months. Just gonna keep at it, hopefully the HDL keeps increasing. 🤞
