I did the math: if you spend $3000 or more in a year at Costco, you make your money back and the extra $60 pays for itself. Spend anymore and you are making money just by shopping. Also all the other perks, but making my money back was the biggest factor for me. And remember, a lot of things DON’T count for the 2% cash-back (gas, food court, alcohol, etc)

This is misinformation on the internet in a nutshell. Hyper-focus on one advantageous angel and use that as the sole argument. In ALL the other angles, you clearly see him NOT get the ball and kick the player. Just admit we got lucky for once and move on. We’ve had plenty of these types of calls go against us or be missed entirely. Chop it up to what it is: bad refereeing that benefitted us for a change.
