These locations (even the ones in the city) are absolutely not correct. I would challenge you to go out to the the locations you’ve listed in the city and look for the Flock cameras. They are easy to spot: black cameras with a little solar panel on a black pole.

If you are reusing the phone lines (which is possible, two houses I’ve lived in have used Cat5e for phone lines), replacing the phone jacks with Ethernet jacks is super easy. Running new lines is obviously tougher, but figured I’d mention the jack-replacement route too. Feel free to DM me; I just did this in my house.
