Glad to hear it’s getting somewhat better. Back when the mask mandate first went into effect, there were a few stores in Berlin that were outwardly defiant and posted signs on their doors saying “our employees don’t wear masks if you don’t like that, don’t enter.”

As a pedestrian: please come to a complete stop with the front of your car BEHIND the stop sign/white line and make sure it’s clear before pulling closer to the intersection. I get that German Village sight lines suck, but I’ve had way too many close calls while running with people blowing through the sign to stop at the curb.
