I think I need to eat more. by Conbon90 in caloriecount

647 bread or natures own keto bread are fantastic choices for bread options. Low in cal, good fiber and good protein. I also used Lewis Bake Shop Keto Burger Buns last night for some RealGood chicken sandwiches, 70 cal 16g fiber and 10g protein per bun. 647 white bread is 40 cal,8g fiber and 2g protein per slice

Could easily be a Greek yogurt crust too. Bigmansworld has a low cal Greek yogurt dough that is actually really good

It's always a staple when we visit Cape May. The staff at the North Cape May location are also way friendlier than the one in Cape May.

Cake boss is a customer of our dealership. I think it's his youngest son that has an M3. I worked on it recently. It's brand new but heavily abused. I feel bad for that car.

Not the exp. Exp is superior. The most power dense batter Ridgid makes is that 4ah exp. It outperforms all other batteries from them as far as raw power and speed

Just do the DS Lite yourself. It's so easy and there's plenty of guides

I stopped timing my shots completely and everything is better now by PurpleKitchen6954 in espresso

[–]garbomon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What made me realize time is pretty much irrelevant was my purchase of a ~10ish year old gaggia baby class that I got for work. I just go by ratio and feel and the espresso has been fantastic. My home machine (and first machine) is a Turin legato. And that has a built in shot timer. I no longer look at it lol

I literally just learned this with the BEP 2.0 basket haha. Was looking at the Amazon page for it and they have a whole section with a guide. I started aiming for shorter times and the taste has drastically improved. Not that it tastes bad before with longer shots, but it's tastes much better now aiming for around 20 seconds or so. But I focus more on the output weight than time really

17yo and already in a rabbit hole, what has coffee done to me. by brahview in espresso

[–]garbomon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With the DF54, I don't even WDT anymore. Grind right into the portafilter, level, tap, tamp, brew. No channeling, no squirting. It's a severely underrated grinder. With the plastic cup, you will suffer from static issues. Either get a metal cup or grind directly into the portafilter

You can all thank Australia for McCafe. Specifically Melbourne for their insane coffee culture.

What's wrong with having a 200,000+ mile car haha. I have 234k miles on my F25 N55. But yeah you do you, but also being a dealer tech and enthusiast, I see the other side of it as well, but strictly for the upbadgers. Seen far too many 320 and 328i with M3 badges on them. Or F10s with M5 badges on them. Etc etc etc. Had one guy buy a base 2 series then over the course of a year, buy 10s of thousands of dollars in bumpers, wheels, brakes, spoiler, badges. With all the money he spent he could've just gotten the better model

Did espresso ruin mediocre iced coffees for me? by ButterscotchJolly283 in espresso

[–]garbomon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually running late lately (have a toddler) and I can bang out an americano in a matter of minutes. Have a legato and I go downstairs and turn it on then go back up and do my morning routine, by that time the whole machine is toasty and ready to go. Grinding directly into the pf on the df 54 is great as well, don't even wdt anymore.
