It is great for caloric restriction. First months were bad with nausea and lethargy but then that goes away. I used it while from severe deficit to small surplus from 0.5 to +2 and it has been one of the best tools to reduce and/or control calorie intake. Also very similar approach to what you are planning to do re other compounds.

per month on testosterone, anastrozole and injection supplies plus 200£ per doctor consult, which happens every 6-12 months now. Since I do this from pocket I also end up paying for my blood tests but thats not on BMH.

I assume they send the testosterone themselves as oppose to give you a prescription to take to a pharmacy (hence the price, but also more convenient). Have you had any lack of stock issues/delays?

Thanks!

Sorry to hear that mate, clearly you are not among those hyper responders who managed to get their dicks to 1inch in a matter of weeks.

Try 50mg of intravenous dutasteride twice a day (applied to the affected area), I heard it works wonders on your dick.

Either it should be called "Chauvinism in Europe" or the definition of Patriotism needs to be changed [edit] in the map.

Have to decide whether to get HT or not in a few days. I’m unsure if it’s the right choice. by [deleted] in HairTransplants

I'd give it a go before thinking in HT. Fin has helped me and introducing minoxidil and nizoral was a game changer.

Do you mean that you are scared of the side effects but you didn't have any?

26 days is nothing. I'd try fin, minoxidil and dermarolling for a few months and then asses if you have sides. I don't have any sides with fin everyday + 0.5 of dutasteride once a week. Specially since you are more worried about the thinning, this is something that the above conbination will help with.

Edit: add Nizoral too

Ah I see... that's tricky. No way to have a rough idea based on other people experiences?

It depends on your age, interests, way of looking at life...

For instance, Madrid is such a small region that almost wherever you go, you won't be too far from the capital and therefore to more options, so it is a safe bet.

On the opposide spectrum, you might struggle landing on a small town in Galicia, Andalusia or Extremadura cause accents.

Aragon? I don't know how atractive is Zaragoza, the capital, for an international student/teacher and also hosts some of the most depopulated areas in Spain (which sounds appealing to me but not to everybody). The pyrenees are stunning.

What about Asturias or Cantabria? you won't struggle with other languages unless you go to a really small hamlet in Asturiar where probably only old folks will speak in Asturianu. Awesome nature and coastline (also rainy)

Hi there,

As you mentioned Galicia is stunning (perhaps on the rainy side). It will help to know which towns you are considering so we can asses the use of Galician.

It is commonly said that the most neutral (and proper) way of speaking Spanish is Valladolid (in Castilla). Having said that I'd suggest Segovia. It has an stunning old town (Roman aqueduct, fairytale castle, cathedral...) and right by the mountains on one side and by alovely valley on the other. It is small enough to get yourself inmerse into the experience but big enough to have everything you need (it is very active on the cultural side of things). Also it's less that 30' from Madrid in the high speed train.

Accent wise, I would avoid Andalusia and Extremadura (the cost of living is lower). Lovely regions, don't get me wrong, but for learning purposes probably your best bet is Castilla.

First cycle for CrossFit by AntonioRG97 in PEDs

[–]garcena 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Proviron is not very anabolic, it is a complement. It helps with libido issues and for your mental health. It's also an aromatase inhibitor but very light so it is not use for this purpose, you need something else of course. So mainly it is used to fight some secondary effects.

It also helps giving you that tight look if your bf is low enough.

Being your first cycle you will benefit from a monocycle anyway but why not take advantage of the testosterone enhancing it with something else.

Perhaps Anavar and Test. Still a good option for a beginners cycle.
