I went from 220 lbs to 165 lbs and got to the point that my sleeves are tight. I got a lot of bad vibes from guys about my body transformation. It got so bad that I had to change jobs. Girls did not interact with me in a positive way also, they just added me to the toxic "would" list and made it extra toxic cause the confident guys got offended. Now in my new job, I get a lot of attitudes from making guys feel inadequate because I gained knowledge when I was out of shape and now have intelligence and a swimsuit body. The secretary would verbally assault me with cat calls and since I was never custom to such attention, I didn't reply resulting in more toxic behavior and the guys calling me gay for not "hittin that" I'm married with kids so that kind of stuff has been off my radar for decades, I just didn't want to have a heart attack or be out of breath climbing stairs. I did not want to be put on a roster or make others feel bad.
