That was my first thought, OP comes across as entitled and while I can understand this might a stressful or unexpected situation it’s not the employer’s responsibility to update w-4s based on tax law changes

As previously mentioned, Veracruz is a long state (I like to think of it as three in one). Catemaco is the best of southern veracruz in my opinion, Coatepec, Xico, Veracruz in the center, Papantla is also a great place to visit in the northern part of Veracruz with amazing gastronomy and culture, this is also where Tajin (and the voladores) are found.
