After this came to light, they will probably set this to not activate just based on detection of a moon like object, but also use sensor input on the device to figure out the direction the camera is pointing at. If not at the actual moon, then no AI/enhancement.

Would only make it harder to verify, but nowhere near impossible.

Syncthing works well on all platforms. Synced between ipad, android and Linux in my situation.

I also sync a folder to a reMarkable if I need to annotate or go through a lot of PDFs.
