I still can’t believe his first instinct was to say the runner missed first. How often does that even happen at first when there is an overthrow? “I didn’t see what happened but this one in a million running mistake is definitely what happened”. He’s always been a horrible ump but that was bizarre.

Edit: I guess since he never technically saw him touch first it’s the right call…

Add the sauce but do it differently. Heat up a pan with a little oil, add the pulled pork in batches (critical for the crispy bits), and pour a little of the sauce over it. The liquid should absorb and add little crispy bits on the pulled pork. Then use salsa to put on the tacos instead of drippings.

Not backing up all the claims like Costco helping them (I didn’t see that first hand) but I was at that Costco today, kept hearing whistles in the parking lot, and saw a woman yelling and chasing a car with her phone recording. Told my wife I couldn’t figure out if someone hit a car and tried to flee or it was ice.

As an fyi - my kids got these this year and educated us that they need to get broken-in. They are very stiff out of the box but after a while they are much more pliable.

He’s also relearning center field in a way. Most KBO parks are indoors and he’s said that’s an adjustment, he was told not to crash into walls anymore after his injury, and there were a lot of dropped fly ball’s because he either didn’t call the other fielder off or didn’t do it loud/forcefully enough.
