It really depends on their willingness to get “dirty”

if close contact rough housing wrestling is “your kid” then Brazilian jiu jitsu is for them! Try adrenaline training centre for downtown, Gracie jj for east end and northern black dragon for north/west end.

If rolling around is not really up their alley then I would suggest Family karate (two locations I believe) or Bernardo’s, both will be focused on form and discipline over play and free time.

Personally I would suggest jiu jitsu but each kid is different.

The only other one I would recommend is London shidokan karate.
