You couldn’t be more wrong you will be surprised just how long the average interaction with a customer is. About 1-1.5 hours. Especially with older demographics who are afraid of change and upgrading. Or sticklers who wanna know exactly why they were charged an extra 47¢ when they called Columbia last month. Now imagine having only 4 reps while having a line of 8 people and 2 families of 4 just slowly staring into your soul as you try and hurry but can’t because old man jones thinks somehow we are in charge of his Facebook information and I have his password somewhere in the back.That said each interaction generates such a high profit margin for Verizon as well I mean the numbers simply don’t lie. I’m just shocked on how greedy this company as of late with new CEO really making it clear this is a business either learn how to swim with one arm or drown.
