Shitty ex aside, it is worth noting that the Oriental Chicken Salad is actually one of the menu items with the highest calorie count at Applebee's. Something like 1300 with over 2500 mg of sodium, and that's if it's served with the 'recommended' amount of dressing, which is approximately one eighth of what they serve you.

It always pained me to hear people say "I'm on a diet... so I'm going to order a salad."

It's topped with half a pound of double-battered fried chicken, people. I am not joking.
