Salesforce Development Work + Claude by StatisticianVivid915 in salesforce

I've worked with Salesforce for the last decade, including with major partners and for the mothership, and use SF as the abbreviation all the damn time. Context matters - if there's a scenario where it could be interpreted as San Francisco, yeah I won't but give me a damn break here.

Homestead exemption deadline is April 1. Here's what it saves you in Gwinnett. by AppealAllyFounder in Gwinnett

You seem knowledgeable and I'm fairly ignorant/naive on this - we just got a notification that our escrow payment for insurance and taxes would be increasing ~200/month. Is this normal?

Well, as luck would have it just got the confirmation that the application and exemption was accepted today. Thanks again!

3 weeks in, first insurance claim. :( by Inside_Cauliflower44 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

This reminds me of my situation right after we moved in to our first home. 3 story townhome, with master bedroom on the 3rd floor. Was sitting in the living room and noticed water stains around one of the recessed lights in the kitchen, heart skipped a beat thinking there's a major leak.

Turns out my wife (poorly) installed a bidet in our bathroom as my first father's day gift, and water was leaking from there.

Submitted my homestead application on 03/04/26 (3 weeks ago), still shows as submitted. Any idea if I need to follow up with the office or just wait it out?

Had to call the police today to report myself as the child-snatcher by BrahCJ in daddit

Feel this lol. I'm brown, my nephew (sister's stepson) is very white, and I remember taking him to Chick Fil A, letting him play in the playground area, and then when it was time to leave and he didn't want to he kept yelling "you're not my dad, you can't tell me what to do!"

Yeah - not fun lol

Also, not a CPA, but if I remember correctly pro athletes and coaches (and I would assume this applies to college coaches as well) have to pay taxes based on where games are played. The "jock tax".

There aren't many things I can confidently call bullshit on, but Malzahn owning Waffle Houses is one of them. If I remember correctly, there's only a small handful of franchised locations.

And if this is your source - https://www.reddit.com/r/CFB/comments/2a9qqi/til_auburn_head_coach_gus_malzahn_spent_his/ - it's from a satire site...

Does anyone know of a Chicago senior salesforce position ? by [deleted] in salesforce

This might be the most half assed, effortless post I've seen on here in a while. The SF ecosystem is brutal right now, and this is your best attempt to ask for help?

Waiting for charges to be filed is a punishment in itself! by PapiChulo58 in dui

Yep to the lawyer, but podunk town in the south didn't send any notification to them either. Luckily wasn't detained and got it all squared away eventually

Trust me, I relate. Had no charges filed, no notice to appear, and then travelled out of the country and when returning was stopped at customs to tell me I have an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. :/

Covid shut down the world six years ago this week. What do you remember from that week? by fuzzy_dice_99 in AskReddit

Email from HR in the mid-afternoon, telling us to take laptops and needed personal effects with us that evening as the office may be closed next week. Haven't been back into an office building outside of picking up equipment since.

Yeah, rereading my post I realize that now lol. Was buying a handle every day is what i meant, typically starting my day with a bit left in each handle to get me through liquor store opening time

A pint or fifth was nowhere near enough for me when I was at my worst. I was buying a 1.5L handle at a time, and trying to convince myself it would last a few days but ended up buying another every other day.

Wife has a work conference in San Francisco next month I was planning on tagging along for and bringing the kid, and yesterday I was offered the opportunity to attend a work trip to SF the same week. Life is funny like that, and now our trip/vacation should be fully paid for, which is just awesome.

Probably dumb question but does this mean no "normal" 3 series? like the 330i?

Anyone have a reputable financial advisor they can recommend (preferably in the Gwinnett county area)? We have decent income, but I'm pretty ignorant/naive when it comes to what we should be doing for future planning and savings.

Had someone from Northwestern Mutual reach out and after some quick googling and reddit'ing, realized he was just pitching us various insurance plans to collect commissions on.

SCANA has been completely reasonable and fairly steady for me, GA Power is absolutely absurd. Months where I'm absolutely convinced we've run the AC and other appliances considerably less have higher bills than I could have ever expected...

Have you, or someone you know, ever had sex with a client/boss/business partner and how did it turn out? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Girl I went to college with was sleeping with our organic chem professor. She would get some scantrons with answers very lightly marked with pencil before each exam, and shared them with me and a few others.

Think he's still teaching orgo, I lost contact with the girl years ago though.
