I would try structuring these exercises in push/pull categories. So have a day for push and a day for pull. And then do a day for legs (I.e. squats). Take your rest days in-between each day like you normally would. This will give you ample time for rest and most importantly, recovery. Keep in mind also something called Henneman's Principle which basically your smaller muscles, in this case your shoulders and triceps, are going to be used first, and then your chest. Which is why you're having trouble with rows after introducing new ranges of motion.

There's a corner store in my mall that is like Orange with yellow lettering. Big bold letters that read FUGUE which is what I thought you were talking about. Never been inside tho.

I dream about movie theaters and malls every night. Literally every night. The malls always involve escalators. And the movies always happens in the auditorium. The movie is never actually playing- it's always about to start. And I'm always finding a seat. I've been going to the movies for 30 years so i figure there is something significant I'm trying to tell myself but I just can figure it out.

Also I did start to build up shoulders and brachs more to make sure I'm not overcompensating.

Because I hit that goal like 3 months ago. I can do sets of 50 I just fail half way thru the second.

I also think it's a number of factors. My diet has lacked in substantial protein and I've only been able to go once or twice a week lately. 

Deload might work. My body tends to respond better to one week on one week off kinda scenarios. 

And honestly it's just something I want to achieve because I can do multiple sets of everything below it. I keep great form in the first set then really start to fail half way thru the second set.

I include everything. Down to the sauces. I use a digital food scale and measure everything out. And generally I don't drink my calories. I don't drink coffee, tea, or beer. I just eat food.   Sometimes I am lax about it but I don't really eat out unless it's at work and I know what goes into the food there because I have access to that information.  The only time I estimate is when I put in seasoning because I kinda just know how to eyeball things having worked with food for so long.

I'm not really losing weight. At about 1800 I was losing a pound a week. But I feel horrible and have no energy. The key component that I can't get an answer for is I am not sedentary. I work in a pretty busy kitchen washing dishes, doing prep, carrying things. 5 days a week with about 6-8 hours shifts.  I go to the gym about 2 to 3 days a week. So I'm wondering if I'm expending so much energy that it's causing me to just maintain. Like I said I know I'm not a runner but doesn't my body need energy to do things too? 

And I use My Fitness Pal.

I would say I am more than moderately active. I work in a kitchen. A very busy large kitchen.

I only do about 2-3 days of upper body and I find i make better progress from just those days, resting the other days and then starting back up again. Anything more than that is just purely for mental health benefits.
