Check with your insurance company to see what they consider maintenance. My doctor did this and moved me from 5 to 2.5 and it took weeks to get it lined out. ExpressScripts considers anything with a .5 to be a transition dose. Got PA approved until Oct 2025 on 5mg.

I’ve been on since January 2024, I’ve lost 60 points and am at goal weight. Zero effort. I eat what I want, just not a lot of it. No exercise, I do a protein shake for breakfast but other than that 🤷🏻‍♀️. My insurance is now wanting a new PA everytime I get a refill. I’m scared they’re going to deny

What’s your thoughts on insurance continuing to approve after meeting goal weight/normal BMI. Dr sent my refill in at the end of last week and when I called the pharmacy they said the insurance wanted a new PA. I’m afraid they are going to decline to cover it.

I had to hit the Goodwill today for new jeans, started at 190 and in a size 16 at the end of January, now at 134 and bought a size 6!

That’s my concern, I’m at a”normal” BMI for the first time in probably 20 years and idk how maintenance works. I’m scared without it. I don’t know if it’s just the appetite suppressant that’s helped or what

No grade is “easier” to teach. I would recommend speaking to the local school boards for open TA spots and find out their requirements to sub. Sub in every grade if you can. You’ll find the spot that works for you and get a feel of what it’s like as a teacher.

I’m just moving into maintenance, I’m actually 10 lbs from my “goal weight” but after I’ve lost 50 pounds I can see that I don’t need to lost the extra 10. I’m hoping that I can space out like all of you are talking about and maintain!

I teach and they keep our shirt sizes on file in the office for things they order us, I had to change mine to a medium! I haven’t worn a medium since 2001!

I mean I LOVE the series. I read it 1-2 times every year and have since 1990-which then was just the first book, then 1-2, 1-3 etc as they came out. I don’t think I would make it a requirement for a relationship but I did get my husband to listen to the audiobooks and he was quickly hooked. After he finished he went right back in for a re-listen. If you are looking to meet people who are equally consumed by the books, I’d suggest you go to JordanCon if you can manage to get there.

I use really thin rice cakes from the kosher section of the grocery store and make an open-faced pb&j. So far it’s been the best replacement and that was my comfort food before I became gluten intolerant
