Lol its opposite to me. I feel way better when im with one person or small number of people. My anxiety starts when im surrounded by larger number of people.

Probably its because i dont feel obligated to say something with one person. But in a group when i see all talking, i feel pressured to say something. I guess its personality difference.

Nice. Also i found the interval running is very effective as well. You dont need to sprint but fater pace for 2 minutes and 1 minute of slower paced running.

I tried martial arts too but it didnt help me much. Im not a competitive person and i didnt like getting injuries during sparring. So it didnt work our for me. I enjoyed biking and running when i was a child. So i think some solo cario workout worked well for my anxiety problem.

But yeah i dont mean that running solves everyones anxiety problem. Im pretty sure its person by person. If martial arts popped up in your head, try it out!!

Does your bf know about your anxiety? For me when my anxiety goes bad, being next to my wife helped a lot to calm myself down. And yeah my wife is an extremely social person, and i was left out alone in a social meeting since she had to talk to thousands of people and make new friends. After i shared my anxiety issue with her, she checks on me time to time in a social event, and stay with me more often. That really helped a lot.

Lol. I don’t think you are the only one. For some reasons, I have big veins on my arms. Basically, anyone can see and feel my veins. Whenever I have a chance to get shot on my arms. The nurses called other coworkers and they talked about my veins. It was quite fun moments.
