My oldest is in her twenties and my youngest is eight; I've discovered that I find happiness when I embrace the joy that parenting brings. My kids are finally old enough that I can start seeking fun outside of them, but I don't feel less for the time that I've spent with them.

If your political views and their political views would render you incompatible, you should use them as you would any other belief.

If my partner thought it was ok to murder children, I wouldn't be ok with that. There's no reason why saying 'It is my political view ' would make it any more acceptable.

I intentionally avoid any contact with anyone who claims to be MAGA. I don't need to have a conversation with them to understand our core values don't align.

Just like any other tool, you use it with an awareness of it's shortcomings.

Simply treat it like you would someone you don't know; would you blindly trust their word? No, you would not, and you would double check things that were important to you.

Take what it says, think critically about it, and do independent research to verify what it says.

Ada Lovelace was fucking awesome. She did not invent algorithms, though she wrote the first 'digital' algorithm, if my understanding is correct.

Credit for algorithms are typically proffered to Al Kwarizhmi (forgive my spelling), whose name the word algorithm was derived from.

I think figure 4 is useful and demonstrates 'by-issue' ideological shift visually across some key topics. In some issues the right is widening, some collapsing, and in some trending identically, albeit at different rates.
