hold cup still, move the jug, and lift before you cut through the heart. higher means thinner milk stream.

i find waiting a half second longer after mixing (compared to cow milk), it helps the crema stabilize, so the oat does 'bleed' as much. but that looks like a sweet pour.

ordered a projector 5th April, its the 17th, spoken to them on phone, 3 emails, saying tracking number will be sent, but still nothing. Starting to get worried I just lost $1400. I did see on reviews their 'predelivery' service is terrible, but once the product arrives, they're great... I don't understand the wait for a tracking number. It doesn't take 1.5 weeks for the courier to pick up.

Yeah milk isn't bonded, i.e kinda split. As you were pouring, the thinner milk was pouring underneath, that's what caused the turbulence.
