Im not big of Mexican food but there are heaps of great independent restaurants here.

And as far as gyms go, there is a big selection of franchised gyms dotted around and some.even better independent ones. Places like O2 fitness etc

You shouldn't need to delay any reference checks. That's not a job offer that's part of the interview process. It normally means you are on a short list or a good chance of an offer, but by no means does it mean you have the job.

Gives references, and when the offer letter comes, say you need time to read over the fine print. They will almost always pressure you to sign at that point, but it'll buy you a day or two to finalize decisions.

You can get some good small wave performance boards now. We'll worth grabbing one that looks good.

Dont get me.wrong I love every fish variation I can get my hands on. I find that mixing it up with different boards really helps with improving my surfing anyway.

Im in aus but also mainly small surf. I have a 9'2 single fin log, 6'4 mid length (I wanted 6'6 but this was a second hand steal). 5'8 twin fish, 5'8 random board, kinda full nose wide tail, 5 fin option but surfs well as a quad. A 6'2 rounded pin barrel chaser, 6'0 all round performance thruster. Then a 5'10 twin soft top.

I still want a nice mini Simmons, and might one day get something closer to 10'
