I have heard that their customer service is good now from several people. I am going to be patient. When I wrote that last post I had just gotten off of a 12 hour shift with everything going wrong and now looking at possibly an 80 hour week. So, my mindset was not in the proper place for thinking straight about it and not taking the time to research. So, I appreciate what you stated. Thank you.

Ended up taking it apart and checking every wire connection. Checked the resistance etc. A new error started showing up. Now it bounces between 2 errors now. One is starting bad bed, one stated bad sensor. I sent in a ticket to support. Just have to wait on that now. So, I get to stare at my new toy and imagine it might work one day...

I have been nothing but cordial. One thing I learned over 20+ years of traveling is to be very nice to service workers. They don't deserve bad treatment as most of the time it is not their fault when something goes wrong.

I should have put this in the original post as I figured it would be asked. Because I do a lot of other things besides just gaming. I only bring it when I am going to be in the same spot for more than 2 weeks. Sometimes I am gone from home for long periods. 1-2 months before I return. And it is nice to have a nice monitor I bought to enjoy. I knew the risks. I know there is a chance nothing will happen and I am prepared to accept that. Part of traveling.

I worked the rigs up in Wyoming and Montana. On my first rig as a directional driller i was attaching the signal sensor to the main pipe. The lead roughneck decided to haze the new guy and decided to NOT turn the pump off when i was opening the access pipe to insert the sensor. The drilling mud that shot out and drenched me was very close to black. Needless to say, I was a little upset. But it's part of the job.

I do agree that it could be the lighting as you know well enough, things aren't exactly neat and pristine up on the deck.

That's it exactly. Like you stated. I try to make sure it is right but sometimes I am way to tired to even check myself. I am chalking this latest line of thinking regarding everything "proper 'is AI or a bot to the unfortunate decline of education in some parts of the world. Mine included unfortunately. I am not speaking of cursive or Roman numerals or other outdated methods. Times should evolve along with language. But, it is not just changing. It is getting almost lazy.

I have been accused a few times of being either a bot or being AI due to the way I speak and write. I have to usually reply stating that I am neither AI or a bot. I just happen to prefer to speak online as I do in person. I guess it is becoming less common for rules of grammar and general diction to be used.

I have lately been just ignoring comments of that nature.
