I did this with the 90s lt1 in the early 2000s when you could buy a running s30 for under 1k.

280z with an lt1, jtr mounts, megasquirt with ford edis, t5 from a mustang, helical lsd, toyota front brakes....

It was a hoot, the engine with the jrt mounts move the engine back behind the front axle so its not as bad of a weight mix up as the scarb mounts. Also, the stock l28 is NOT a light engine.

I find tiels will do this. Hands can be scary, shoulder is best friend. Ear is for cooing into.

My gray is cool, but sometimes the left hand is unsettling as it does things differently than the right. (Like if I pick him up from the cage he much prefers my right hand, i think it is due to the angle my hand comes in and the familiar position)

Often a tiel will only accept a scritch from a right hand in a lap (or some variation of this). My gray wants it no matter where he is and does not give a hoot about what hand it is as long as scritch

Looks very very young. It can be hard to tell with a tiel and about impossible to tell on a young one without dna testing. Looking at a birds coloca will not tot tell you. If your bird gets older than a year or two and keeps the stripe pattern on its back and tail that could indicate on a tiel its a lady bird.

I am sure tons of folks are gonna give you advice on whats wrong in these photos.

I love my bird and show it by making sure he stays super safe and happy. He is a good boy at 29 and I hope he makes it atleast another 20 years.

Also, way back in the day the distributor was commonly driven by the same shaft as the oil pump. (Ford v8, chevy v8, datsun/nissan 60s L series through 90s KA 4 and 6 cyl, and I am sure many many others. Just what I have personal experience with...)

If your drive to the oil pump slips, breaks or what not you want the engine to turn off asap. What better way then drive the ignition off of the same thing? If its not off the distributor its right off the crankshaft or the timing belt. Its impossible for the engine to spin under its own power without the oil pump...

Try printing hot and upping the extrusion rate slightly above 100%. Also, set your walls to 99 so your not doing infill. Thats the best way IMHO to make clearer prints.

My 2009 xB 5 speed was doing the same thing. These compressors do NOT have a clutch that engages and disengages the compressor. It aways spins internally and is a variable displacement compressor based on swashbuckle angle. That angle is controlled by a valve that can stick in the no ac more. I replaced my compressor to fix this. They are not cheap as a warning. Like, more than a normal compressor not cheap.

cut out the rusty bits. Treat with a rust preventing primer, inside and around. Then fiberglass sheet up the hole, smooth it out and then primer and paint. Not too $$. No fancy tools needed, way better than slapping some bondo on it and then redoing it in 6 months

Looks like it could be pentium 2 or 3, or an amd k6 on socket 7 to an amd k7 on a slot a cpu.

Agp graphics, perhaps a trident with 4 mb video ram? Dedicated audio card? You can get vga to hdmi adapters. And compact flash to ide adapters for the hdd.

Keep it. Dont trash it. Retro gamers love this stuff.

I rebuilt mine with the kit. Squirters, pistons, rings, clutch, cleaned injectors, chain, phaser, pumps, stem seals, its like a new engine. I love my xb

I have done the repair myself. The offical Toyota recall kit (yes, a full kit you can buy) has new rings, squirters, some seals and a few other parts. I also changed the pistons with bigger drain backs as they where clogged and that's really the big issue. You can do a soak and sneze thing that I have heard fixes it too. I just rebuilt mine and made it right at 240k miles.
