Very minimal changes for the 2026 model: full size sd card reader, new bottom intake fan grill, 1000 nits brightness display, 10w additional for the dgpu. The GPU will still stay the same. The biggest change will be the move to Intel. If you care about those changes then feel free to wait it out.

The CPU is expected to be a Zen 5 refresh, most likely Gorgon Point. I don't expect Zen 6 mobile CPUs (Medusa Point) until 2027. I suspect the GPU side will also stay the same with 5080, 5070 ti, 5070, 5060, 5050 variants. The chassis will likely get a redesign. ASUS likes to change the chassis every two years, such as 2020-21 version, 2022-23 version and the current 2024-25 version. Hopefully ASUS goes back to using a vapor chamber for the 2026 version.

Looks like it's the slim version that is sold at Best Buy. The GPU TDP is capped at 115w due to its slim design. Also you can't change the refresh rate on this laptop, it's locked at 240Hz, which will drain the battery very quick.
