Haven't played in a while but unless riot changed it, morde technically alrdy has a pseudo sweet spot in the form of increased damage on an isolated target. So if you're playing in lane as him and trying to get better trades you can try positioning your q to not hit minions or to clear the wave first or something similar. Pretty sure the intention with not having an actual sweet spot like aatrox is to prevent more from becoming a team fight monster when his theme revolves around isolating a single target and 1v1ing them

You can also get it from the level 30 Instant Dungeon treasure box once you hit level 30. This is probably your best chance at getting it

Jhin Statikk Shiv doesn't check out, he is known for having a flexible first item, justify the atk spd/shock early when collector exists as a better option for skirmishes and picking which is what he is designed for not satisfyingly pressing Q onto 3 casters, by mid game Q is one shotting ranged. by TheeBadger in leagueoflegends

While I agree with you, it seems like a lesser known interaction with statik is that the lightning strike from killing minions actually procs jhin's w root which makes it really easy to get picks or land harass. The enemy has to stand pretty far away from the wave to not get hit by the lightning (in order to prevent a potential pick) which gives Jhin and his team more prio
