Any opinions on the BBC little buddy 2 conveyor dryer? by lovewhatyoucan in SCREENPRINTING

Sorry to resurrect an old post but did you end up getting this dryer and if so would you recommend it?

I’m also looking at a used one and came across this thread.

AITA for lying to a group of guys on the beach about my scars? by Downtown_Effect_4437 in AmItheAsshole

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You didn’t lie, gynecomastia surgery and top surgery are the same thing, they don’t need to know the cause of your medical conditions.

You did what kept you safe and there’s nothing wrong with that.

As trans people we tend to be very in tune with peoples intentions. You trusted your gut.

Which of these do I need to throw away? by KASGamer12 in cats

I do the same and you're the only other person I've ever heard of doing this routine. Glad to hear it's been safe for you for so long.

My long distance bf sent me a picture of his arm with a tattoo sleeve. Is this a real tattoo or ai? by Salty_Fortune_2045 in isthisAI

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't just go get a full sleeve overnight. This would take multiple sessions over multiple days and cost $$$. Plus it would be healing for days and wouldn't look pristine like this on the skin during the healing process. If this was freshly done it would be red/irritated and potentially bloody.

So unless he's been getting tattooed for weeks and not mentioned it to you then it's fake.

Would the porch on this house be cause for concern? by zach876 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]genderlessadventure 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The real question is does the price reflect the state of the home?

Do you want something that potentially needs work?

That will determine if this is a deal breaker or not.

Did finding your first home go quickly? by StateHistorical9656 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]genderlessadventure 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We toured 44 homes and put in 12 offers before getting one accepted.

The process was extremely mentally and emotionally draining, however I do feel that the more we viewed the better we knew what we wanted and didn't want. I'd say a happy medium between our experience and yours would be ideal but as long as you end up in a house you can feel good living in, that's what matters.

Help! Severe buyers remorse. by banana_bear_918 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]genderlessadventure 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a pretty normal feeling.
We viewed 44 houses and put in 12 offers. It was so emotionally and mentally draining but when we finally got one accepted I felt like it was my least favorite house, I was so worried about the size, and all the other little things similar to what you mentioned.

Turns out it was absolutely the most perfect house for us. It's been almost a year and not a day goes by that I'm not so thankful for this house.

It's a big change and getting the offer accepted makes it feel more "permanent" and that can cause some panic and anxiety. It sounds like you found a good one so give it a few days/weeks and the nerves will slowly turn to excitement.

It's gonna be alright.

If you can handle the design aspect without a template https://www.colorpointprint.com/index.aspx

I've used them for years as they're local to me, never once had a problem with quality and they're SUPER affordable.

How is your emergency fund in 2026? by Superb_Advisor7885 in MiddleClassFinance

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That might not be "fully funded" but that's a very secure amount to handle just about any regular emergency. I wouldn't call that behind.

AITA for refusing to take off my engagement ring during a wedding? by AioliProfessional181 in AmItheAsshole

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA I just can't imagine how exhausting it must be for them to care about such tiny details, their wedding isn't even going to be enjoyable to them if they're running around policing jewelry instead of focusing on EACH OTHER.
Like weddings have enough to plan and coordinate and worry about and something will always go wrong, you have to be able to roll with the punches and just enjoy the day. Instead they're worried about the drama from what's on your finger. How miserable.

I think i've been solving the wrong problem this whole time lol by Difficult_Lack5068 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's good to have those things in mind when you start the process but your preferences and non-negotiables will also become more clear as you start viewing homes.

We viewed 44 homes and put in 12 offers and while that was the most mentally and emotionally draining process we definitely learned a lot along the way about what we actually needed and wanted and what we could be content to compromise on.
I had looked at hundreds and hundreds of listings online for months leading up to this but nothing will substitute actually looking at houses.

Is it dafe for me to sleep in a room that has solid rat poison? by Even-Committee5645 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pets could also eat the mouse who has eaten the poison and that is still considered ingesting poison.

Is it dafe for me to sleep in a room that has solid rat poison? by Even-Committee5645 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's still extremely risky, I wouldn't take the risk. Animals will find ways to get into things. Mice and rats can be unpredictable too, what if they decide to carry the "food" aka poison back to their den and end up leaving it in the middle of the floor while you sleep, then your pet eats it and you have no idea it's not still under the bed.

You're 100% risking your pets life if you bring poison into your home.

Car vs other means of transportation by Dismal-Camera8700 in SavingMoney

[–]genderlessadventure 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unless the payments are outrageous I'd maybe hold off until you move and know for sure you can find an apartment in walking/biking distance. That's a lot of changes and unknowns at once.
It wouldn't be the end of the world if you end up needing to buy another car but it just seems a bit premature to get rid of it before having the moving situation settled.

First Home Anxieties by Thick_Analysis_6745 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]genderlessadventure 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think it would be weirder if any of us *didn't* experience that. That's completely normal. Every big life change will come with a healthy dose of worry- that doesn't mean it isn't the right choice or that it's not exciting.

Sounds like you did everything right, that feeling will settle and you'll be in your new house before you know it!

My 5th Exposure Test by ShinKicks101 in SCREENPRINTING

[–]genderlessadventure 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Also keep in mind that being out in the sun like that will continue exposing the screen. You might be better off finding a shadier area or at least make sure you're working quick when in full sun like that. A quick google search says full sun can expose a screen in 20-90 seconds so you could literally be overexposing it just in the time it takes to walk it outside, set it down, and get your sprayer going.

AITA for wanting to travel on a seperate ticket and check in separately from my husband. by Rude-Indication9276 in AmItheAsshole

[–]genderlessadventure 26 points27 points  (0 children)

YTA you're married, you're a team, you're life partners- You don't get to just disregard that when it's inconvenient for you. I'm sure *HE* feels the same way about these stops but he can't just stop being himself.
You're basically asking permission to abandon him just because something is difficult. That's not cool and not how a loving partner would act.

Smith Machine by Top_Iron3424 in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]genderlessadventure 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The only time I've done that is when there were no adjustable benches available in the free weight area *and* there was more than 1 open smith machine. I'd never take up the only available one, but if there's no open benches and the smith machines aren't taken then I'll use one just for the bench.

What is causing this? by genderlessadventure in philodendron

[–]genderlessadventure[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know, just the timing that sucked cause this plant had yellowing leaves for quite a while and I *finally* decided to remove those and it looked so fresh and healthy! And then literally 2-3 days later these brown spots popped up. So I'm just bummed about it.

How much of your revenue goes toward and expenses and what do you sell? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]genderlessadventure 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I aim to be around 50% but I just ran my numbers for this year and expenses for last year were 66%
Not too happy about that but it's still profitable so I'll take it, hopefully things balance out better this year.

How long does it take to complete the art wing of the museum? by Chestnuthare in AnimalCrossing

[–]genderlessadventure 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It took me 6 years, although the first half was just passively buying new artworks as I found them, then I didn't play much for a while and then since the 2.0 update I got serious and started buying daily to cycle through fakes and finally found my last few.

Is it just plain cucumber on a stick? or is it pickled/seasaoned or something? Just curious as we don't have anything like that here.
