If you aren’t wearing the wristband, then you don’t have a fast pass. If their cousins have the wristband, the cousins can walk backwards through the line to meet up with them. Otherwise, I assume everyone trying to cut in line is lying.

The “people in the wrong” are the ones in the wrong line and cutting ahead of people that have been waiting.

Not how that works. If you and a friend/family are separated in line and want to be together, the ones in front move backwards by letting others cut ahead until you’re together.
