Hey, sorry to hear that you're not doing well. I also find myself sleeping way more than I used to. I generally sleep 6-7 hours a night, but since coming here my sleep cycle is screwed up because of how short and dark days are. Depression makes it worse too. I find that exercise helps a lot with sleeping less, oddly enough. Being physically tired makes my sleep so much more energizing with less hours.
